Mr. Lamboll is a Socio-economist with 19 years experience in research, consultancy, facilitation and training relating to agriculture and natural resource management. Long term experience in Pacific, Tanzania and Caribbean, Short-term experience in Uganda, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Swaziland and Nepal.
He has Facilitated a range of multi-agency initiatives with public, NGO and private sector organizations to enhance the contribution of agricultural interventions towards improving livelihoods and reducing poverty. These have included: needs assessments, sustainable livelihoods analysis, participatory stakeholder and institutional analyses; enhancing stakeholder communication and engagement. Provided strategic inputs to development agency programmes including long term social science advice to the DFID Crop Protection Programme, design, appraisal and evaluation of projects, reviewing agricultural and natural resource management programmes (eg FAO, DFID).
Project role/responsibility:He will be engaging with Socio economic and institutional research, stakeholder analysis and strategic engagement, facilitating learning processes, M&E expertise, identification of regional lesson learning, support to project leadership.
